What cities are considered Bay Area?
The Bay Area is home to California's fastest growing city [Dublin, CA] — "One of the main reasons for the growth is that the city built a lot of new housing."
Moving to California - Bay Area salary?
Depending on the institution $180-$200+k is likely. My cousin has an inpatient/outpatient job with Stanford as an FNP and started at $180k salary. The UC system pays hourly and is union, with similar or even more pay but you’re on the clock.
More on reddit.comWhat cities do you consider the Bay Area? I’m in Hayward and there is this thing to our left called the San Francisco Bay. South of us there is this thing called the San Francisco Bay National Refuge. If Hayward is not Bay Area I’d be very confused about this. Because my wife has lived on the Peninsula for years before I met her and she says Hayward isn’t considered Bay Area by some people. But then I’ve read here that San Jose is considered Bay Area. I think Hayward weather feels more Bay Area than San Jose. How would Hayward not be Bay Area if San Jose is bay area? There must be a disconnect on this topic for SF natives, people here for college, etc. I don’t want to say I live in the Bay Area if Hayward is not considered part of the Bay Area.
