I just googled those! Dang, they look painful! Tbh we use an old-school wired Plantronics (I’m unsure of the model #) that have the foam, rather than the vinyl padded type. A few teammates have the vinyl-coated padded type, primarily for wireless reasons. I don’t mind the old-school corded set and honestly, I’m so used to it that it’s comfortable (20 years in call center work). Would it be possible to cover yours with some foam headset padding to help reduce the tension/pain? More on reddit.com

Hey guys,
I'm currently working in a call center for a financial institution. I've been working there for the last nine months and have an issue with the headset. Pretty much everyone in our company uses jabra 75 and I've noticed it that it's starts making my ears red and causes compression headache once I put them one. I've keep looking for online for a pair that wouldn't bother my ears, any suggestions?

I got a mairdi M890DBT I like it. Its wireless, light and battery last easily the whole day. The nice thing is that you plug the base to the computer, so it register it as a usb headset, and the base is automatically connected to the headset by Bluetooth. Its range is impressive. Anyway, i still like mine after 18 months of use.
