The Zip Books program has ended! We will let you know when funding becomes available. The Zip Books program provides patrons with speedy access to books and audiobooks they might not otherwise be able to get through their local library and delivers them directly to their homes.

January 2, 2025 - ZipBooks is an innovative library service that allows patrons to request books, audiobooks, or DVDs that are not currently available in the library’s collection.

About the Library The Camarillo Library located on Las Posas Road, opened in 2007, and is four times larger than the old building that opened at 3100 Ponderosa Drive in 1974. The 65,621 square foot building includes the Friends of the Library Bookstore, Russell Fischer Business Collection, Adult Literacy Center, Technology Lab, study rooms, Young Adult Center and Esper A.

It features collections for adults, teens, and children, along with special programs such as book clubs and literacy courses. Noteworthy offerings include the Zip Books service, which delivers requested titles not in the library's collection directly to patrons' homes.
