I only have one payment method linked to my iCloud account (I have separate account for iCloud) I used to have the 50gb plan, I tried canceling it for the past two weeks but when I choose to downgrade to the 5gb when I press the "Done" button nothing changes, so I didn't recharge my number (I am using mobile phone billing) so it can't withdraw anything and ultimately it gets canceled automatically.
Yesterday was the day I got downgraded automatically, but when I try to remove my payment method on my iCloud account it says there's an active subscription and I can't remove this payment method unless I added another one.
I contacted Apple support twice and they have no idea whats happening they said I don't have any active subscription and they don't know why I can't remove it.
I have family sharing, I am the organizer but Purchase Sharing is set to off.
