If I press it, my browser launches and I can choose to remove my debit card. Maybe you have to cancel your subscriptions first if you have one? Google are very cunning at holding onto debit/credit card details to charge the card later on.
Going to "more payment settings" doesn't get me anywhere, it only to gets me to G Pay which asks me to add another payment method, but there is no removal option.
Does anyone know a method to remove debit card details from google play?
