Long story short, I have two personal accounts. I would be fine with just using one and abandoning the other, but using both could be convenient. I understand I'm allowed two accounts, so long as one is personal and one is business.

But I still only would use the business account for sending money to friends/family, and maybe the occasional purchase. But despite extensive searching, I can't find any information on whether sending to friends and family is allowed on a business account, and if so, whether the fees are different (i.e., free to send from my paypal balance or a bank account, but with certain fees to send from a credit card). I doubt I will ever actually use the additional features of a business account.

Bottom line, can I use a business account in exactly the same way as a personal account? The most important feature I use is sending money to family.
