I've got one at Bestbuy but I am not entirely sure if I will keep it.
I also wanted a SS version but want to give Sport a try.
Anyone had any idea or experience in returning the apple watch to Bestbuy once the box is opened and it's been used, within 14 days?

Bestbuy has great policies, include everything within 14 days and you should be fine

As others have said, Best Buy will return anything in the store within 15 days (Phones are 14) and software, games and movies are not included in this. The only issue can be some things with included software but they generally work with you. (Worked for Best Buy for a while.)

Ok I just bought an Apple Watch ultra on Best Buy since it says it can ship tomorrow. I am going to try it out for the 2 week return window. I just read their return policy and it states that if it is opened and not defective, there is a $40 + restocking fee. Anyone have any experience returning? If they will charge I’m considering cancelling and ordering from Apple even if it will take longer. Thanks.

As the title states I bought an Apple Watch 17 days ago? And I would like to return it but I guess Best Buy only has a 15 day return policy. I didn’t know this until today so I was hoping that to get the return somehow but the sales consultant just recommended that I “flip” the Apple Watch.
There’s nothing wrong with the watch, I just want my money back. It doesn’t serve the need that I wanted it for which is to track my workouts. When I track my workouts it doesn’t feel good so I want to return it.
I honestly think that it’s murder to have a 15 day return policy, it’s so damn short of a time frame.

The return policy has been 15 days for 10 years Some places don't even let you do returns If that was a cellular watch, you'd have zero options because all activated devices are a hard 15 days no matter what I mean, you can be unhappy about it and post about it and cause a fit, but it's been like that for 10 years I'm pretty sure if you wanted to eat $50 out of that return, you can sign up for the skeem plus plan and they'd return it, but if it's cellular, it doesn't matter

It works very efficiently if you follow the steps Best Buy gives you upon the purchase of a new watch. You don’t get the trade in credit until after your new watch is purchased. Upon receipt of your new watch you’ll receive instructions on how to return your old watch plus shipping instructions. After they receive your trade in & verify its condition, then they issue a credit to the original purchase. Hope this helps you.
