Will T-mobile accept a phone for trade-in with a cracked back glass? | T-Mobile Community
The trade-in value for the Note 10+ 5G is $68.00, with the promotional trade-in offer for a S23 phone is $500.00 via monthly credits. I've gone through multiple threads from the previous years; with a 50/50 split of people with the same issue, are getting the full promotional offer and others getting disqualified or a reduced promotional offer. At the end of the day we you can't get past the contract that binds you from sending the new device back and get your old device from T-Mobile.

I have a 3rd Gen iPhone SE and I want a 15 Pro. Do I have to fix the screen before I trade it in? Or will they just reduce the trade-in value and I’d compare that to the cost of fixing it?
Or does it depend on the specific trade-in offer/phone?
The screen is fully functional in all areas - it’s just cracked at the very top between the screen protector and my case.

I’ve traded in a cracked back glass iPhone with no issues (mailed in). As long as there isn’t any screen damage nor water damage you should be fine. You should record videos and take pics showing phone is in working condition before you ship it for your records though. Also, afaik, I don’t think they give you partial credit for damaged phone (minus the back glass). You either get the full credit or none. I can’t say for sure because I’ve never ran into an issue where they reject my trade in.

If the terms require a phone in good working order and no physical
damage, then you have a problem. A screen crack no matter how small is
physical damage.

Yes, even with the small crack it will be viewed as damaged. As
suggested...if you absolutely must upgrade when the new iPhone comes out
you will need to replace the screen first (or you will pay more when
they access the damaged equipment fee).
