I see all kinds of "explanations" on how to cash out your Google Play balance, but none of them actually seem to work as described. Am I doing something wrong? Or is there no way to actually do this? Thank you.

So after *much* searching...
If you want to buy something w/Google Play Balance and you are off due to taxes (which aren't displayed), or by a few cents, your only option seems to be to recharge a minimum of $5 USD onto your balance in order to purchase it. (You *cannot* split Google Play and Credit Cards in order to pay for a purchase).

In the United States and United Kingdom, you can use your Google Pay balance to pay for your purchase. Simply make sure there's enough money in your Google Pay balance to cover the total amount of the purchase.
