The problem with Canada Computers is that they're not like Best Buy. They're not as big, they don't add as much margin, and they arguably deal with more SKUs when it comes to computer parts. You really need to know what you're doing, especially if you're buying individual parts. If a non-techie person buys from them and expects similar policies as a major chain, they will get pissed off when they find out CC is more like a B2B retailer, with restock fees and such. I've never had any issues with RMAs, but expect issues if you buy an item and try to return it because you chose the wrong item. More on reddit.com

People will shit on Amazon for being a billion dollar company etc and how horrible it abuses it's drivers and what not but I've never had a bad experience with them.
