Costco can have very good deals. Anything with price ending in .97 means it's a clearance item with extra good pricing. I have this exact computer from CC. The spec is great and I hav no issues with the PC it self. Runs everything great... The issue I have is Canada computers.. do not trust these guys. My PC arrived and looked ok out of the box so I installed everything, got all of my specs set up etc. Was having a blast playing on a new PC for the first time in years... Then I noticed cosmetic issues on my case. The inside of glass panel on the front has a ton of really fine scratches that you can see really easily from multiple angles. Normally this wouldn't bug me too much so I contacted CC and asked if they would give me a bit of a discount on the value of the case or credit on my next order. They said I can return the pc. That's it. When I argued my case about how much work goes into unboxing /setting up/installing they told me to just kick rocks. Furthermore when I sent them clear pictures of the scratches on the case they determined that there are no scratches on the case.. anyways TLDR I will never use CC again and I will take any opportunity to steer people away from using them. They have the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Happy to share screen shots of the email chain with you if you'd like. Shameless customer service. Quite sad when PC gamers can be such loyal customers for life. EDIT: I forgot to mention. I left a bad review on the product and they deleted the review.. like come on... So shady. More on reddit.com
