I heard (dont care enough to check), that they're about a $2000 coat, which is fucking absurd, and are seen as an example of people burning money on something that is WAY overpriced when there are others in need. Personally, I dont care enough to check what they cost or if theres a good reason for them to be so expensive. Perception is everything with brands. If removing fur makes good press then it’s going to help in certain circles. People will buy luxury goods regardless of the price. Now that the price has increased, more people will think that Canada goose is even better than your cheaper brands. Generally people don’t care about what is discontinued as long as there are somewhat similar alternatives that will keep you warm.
