I’m not sure if your asking someone who is an owner to buy it for you or lend you their account but if you try to use this they’ll just add this item to the original owners account. You’d never be able to leverage the warranty cause you’d need the original owners account and any shipping to and from Dyson would be to the address on file not your address. A lot of retailers don't do returns/exchanges on boxing day, it's generally best to wait a couple days at least. There is also usually an extended return policy on things bought during the holidays. but if you do want to go in, usually an hour or two after opening or as late as possible is the best time. once the late morning/afternoon hits it will be a zoo until like 6-7pm then it will quiet down if it's still open late.
