It took me a bit to figure it out as well, but where is says phone number there is a button that says delete right beside it, just hit that and it will send with just the email, no problem. I realize this is a few months late, but hope it helps anyways. More on reddit.com

Yeppers - "bill payee" payments count unter the "everywhere else" category, so the regular/silver triangle mastercard will get you 0.5% cashback (as eCT money) and the world elite will get you 1.0% eCT cashback - as well as 0% interest if paid before statement due date. I logged into my account just now and I can confirm these payees show up: TELUS COMMUNICATIONS TELUS MOBILITY.MOBILITE CALGARY (CITY) - PROPERTY TAX I don't see TD Insurance, but then again most "bank" type payee's are excluded, probably because of potential for abusive "balance transfers"... I also pay my city utility bills through this, which otherwise historically charge an additional fee if paid via a credit card. More on reddit.com

The world elite is a no brainer. Get it. Just be aware that the “cash back” is in canadian tire money only. You won’t get real cash back. To do the bill payments you have to use a desktop or laptop computer and go to their website ctfs. It basically looks like a bank account and thats how you pay utility bills and property taxes. Just navigate to manage payee or something to that effect. Pay your bill and wait for that sweet 1% cashback on something you had to pay for anyways. If you dont care for the canadian tire money cash back, you also get free roadside assistance that renews every year. Normally $100, but you get it free with the world elite version only. So if your car dies, get a flat/blown tire, get stuck in a ditch and/or need a tow, need a boost? All free only with world elite version, which is still no annual fee. It’s a super card. I am trying to pay my Canadian Tire Credit Card balance with etransfer (from Simplii), and in Simplii it requires one add a phone number, what do I put there?
Edit: Oops I wasn't clear enough, lots of folks trying to help (thanks!) setup paying CC bill using bank transfer, my question is specific to the CTFS e-transfer CC payment system, which is one of their recommended payment methods.

You don't pay bills via e-transfer, it's a bill payment. Add them as a payee there.

Read somewhere in this subreddit that you can add payees to the Canadian Tire Mastercard to avoid the new credit card fees and also to be able to pay things you normally wouldn’t be able to with a credit card. Can’t find anywhere on their website about this. Looks like they also have multiple cards available, is there a specific one that can do this or all of them can?
Also wondering if specific payees are available. My plan is to use it for:
Internet & Phone - Telus
Utilities - Enmax
Property Tax - City of Calgary
Auto Insurance - TD Insurance
Can anyone with a CTFS Mastercard confirm these are possible to set up?

This has been mentioned many time before; you can use your Canadian Tire/Triangle Mastercard to pay bills.
You also get 1% reward for paying your bill, which could be a substantial amount depending on your municipal taxes.
Not every bill payees or municipalities are available, but many of them are.
Just make sure you can pay your card in full when you get your statement, otherwise you will end up paying an interest fee.
We get around $100 extra every year in CT money for paying our bills with this card.
Bonus, if you have a high enough salary, you can also qualify for the Triangle World Elite MC that include free roadside assistance.
