You have to use the desktop website. go to amazon sign in and click on amazon music in the top banner. this will redirect you and a different banner should show. On the far right side of that banner is a "settings" button real small. Click on the settings and right under the offers to purchase annual or monthly subscriptions will be a dialog box and at the bottom of that box is a "cancel subscription". click that and it will ask you like 3 more times if you really want to cancel, click yes every time and boom you are free from Amazon Music Unlimited nonsense. They make it difficult on purpose. Hope this helps.
