How can I cancel my Google Play subscription?
I have always had good luck canceling subscriptions in google play. I bounce between premium streaming services. It does require a pc, at least to find it easily anyway. Go to google play, click my subscriptions on the left, and cancel whichever one you want. What I found to be annoying was trying to reactivate one. Took a while to figure out, but you need to do that in the android apps for whatever service you want. Then cancel with google on the pc. The convenient thing is that you can do both on the same day, and the cancellation will schedule for the next billing date. But that makes me wonder about your situation... Look at your order history, also on pc. If you are cancelling and then it's reactivating, you may have been hacked. Check the authorized devices and change your password. More on reddit.com

Forgot to cancel after a free trial, any chance to get a refund?
Hi OP. There are 3 ways for you to request a refund for the transaction. -Request a refund through the playstore app or website. -Reaching Googleplay support to refund the charge. -Reaching out your bank for chargeback. NOTE: Check if the transaction is still under processing if you have a banking up. If it did mention that the charge did go through, it would be cool to reach out your bank first, if your bank told you to reach out google, you may try the following: You can do this both APP and the website: Just click the "Report a problem" button and select the reason. You should see the information after that on how you can refund it. If refunding still doesn't work with google by doing the steps, I suggest reaching out google support directly by going to their support site: https://support.google.com/ -Pick google play. -Scroll to the bottom and look for the "Contact Us" button and click that. -Fill up the form and you should have the optiont to contact them via email or chat. If google still failed to refund you, I suggest contacting your bank again and present them all the emails, chat transcripts and any records that you have that proves that you did reach out google to try to refund the transaction but unable to get any refunds and it's up to your bank to decide either to approve your refund request or decline it. r/answers on Reddit: How can I cancel my Google Play subscription?
July 9, 2018 -

I've been trying for 4 months to stop my subscription. I've received verification that it was cancelled, then next month it says this is the bill for this months subscription. I've sent numerous emails and tried to find the cancel subscription button in my app as well as in my Google app list on line and nothing is working. So far I'm $40 down and it won't stop. I even tried changing my card details so it wouldn't work and it won't let me. If anyone can help I'd appreciate it.
