Is there a standard C-LOG to REC 709 LUT for color grading I can download for the R5C?
January 13, 2026 - Click the "Software" tab, and scroll down to "Canon Log look-up table for Gamma". You should find "Canon lookup table Version 201911". Download that and stash it somewhere relevant. You will find a LOT of LUTs in there. I recommend:

April 1, 2022How do i convert C-log 3 to Rec 709 ?
I’d recommend not converting straight to Rec709 if you’re grading. You can either use Color Management or input and output CST nodes (I’d do a group and add on group pre and post), but go from C-Log to a working space, like DaVinci Wide Gamut Intermediate for your timeline, grade in the middle, and output as Rec709. If you convert to Rec709 right away, you’re either grading in camera log (which will react differently for every camera log flavor), or grading Rec709 - which completely kills the point of ever shooting log. Not sure if this is the right place to post this but I have never used log footage before and I'm hoping to try it out. I need to find a good c log to rec 709 conversion lut for Final Cut Pro. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I've found the official Canon C-Log conversion LUTs for my Canon EOS R6 here:

I'm a bit confused on how to use them. I know that the workflow should be "Import footage → Input LUT → Color correct → Color grade with creative LUT", but there are so many input LUTs given by the Canon website and I cannot find a proper explaination.
Inside the downloaded folder I find the following sub folders:

I've read that the B2020 is for HDR monitors and it is better to use B709 because it can be seen properly also on SDR monitors, but between B709 and Cinema Gamut which one is more advisable to use? (I'm talking of both the camera settings and the conversion color space).
