[Question] Does canon eos RP (body only) includes the EF mount adapter?

Doesn't come with an adapter in the box but sometimes vendors will bundle it. Also, make sure those lenses are EF and not EF-S. You can adapt EF-S lenses but because it's meant for crop-sensor bodies like your T7—your image will be cropped making it roughly 6-10MP since it's not projecting the image onto the entire sensor. [Question] Is it possible to use vintage lenses with the Canon RP?

Yes, it is possible to mount other mount lenses using adapters. The key is that the flange focal distance (distance from the mount to sensor or film) of the lens you want to use must be greater than the flange focal distance of the RP, which is 20mm. This is true for Canon's current EF lenses and EF-S lenses, as well as vintage mounts such as FD, M39, and Contax G, as well as others. Of course, when using old lenses, no lens information is transmitted to the camera, so you'll have to focus and set your aperture manually on the lens. EXIF data will not reflect the lens mounted either. To use such converters on the RP (and the R) you'll need to set your camera to shoot without the lens, and it also helps to turn on focus peaking. Both of these settings are off by default. I use adapters for FD and M39 lenses on my RP, and they work great. The one thing to be aware of is that vintage lenses often don't compare to modern ones in terms of image quality. That being said, vintage lenses often impart a look or feel which you won't get from a modern lens. It's not always about having the sharpest or least distorted image. More on reddit.com

New Canon RP with EF lens adaptor

No, the EF-RF adapter has no glass elements in it to reduce the image quality in any way. All the adapter is, is an extension barrel with electronic contacts, filling the space of where the mirrorbox would be on a DSLR. If anything, your images should be better because you'll be using on-sensor AF which should provide more accurate and potentially sharper results than ever before.
