For the company I work for I am wanting a product that will allow me to create custom designed QR codes, allow me to put QR codes into folders so I can keep them organized and track the scans to see if it’s even worth to continue using them. I saw “qrfy” and it does everything I want but I have to pay after 7 days. Was wondering if anyone with QR code experience could give me some advice on what would be the best way to go. I saw concerning reviews with qrfy and didn’t know if it’s a scam
Would canva be the best solution to go with since it’s free? Wasn’t sure if it has all the options I’m wanting
I’ve been using the QR Code Generator for documents that I’m printing. And the code never works/registers after I print the document. Is there something I’m doing wrong?
I’ve downloaded the file as a PDF, PNG and JPG but whenever I print any of them they do not even register on my phone. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I generated a QR Code for my website with Canva and I'm going to print that on a business card. Canva is advertised to have a free QR Code generator so does it ever expire and always takes you to the url I linked it to?
I need to create a qr code that's gonna be printed out which is linked to a pdf, and I want to keep the same qr code as I update the pdf. Are there any free generators without expiration date in Canva? Also I've heard about Adobe, but I think they do only static qr codes from what I can see. Thank you!
As title says I"m trying to use canva to create a series of labels that have unique QR codes. I was hoping htat bulk create would handle this but I cant see a way to generate the QR code from the data.
IF Canva cant do this any apps that you know that might do this.
I had used a qr code maker online and now it won't work and you have to Pay to make it work. I found out you have to use a Static QR code. Anyone recommend a website. I saw canva had a QR code maker has anyone used it before
I had printed the qr code on the save the date. But now that it dosent work, I'm gonna print a new code on sticker paper and fix them. Hopefully my save the dates won't go to waste.
Looking for recommendations for an inexpensive/reputable QR provider. I only need 2 codes( one for sms and one for “add contact). I don’t really need any of the other bells and whistles.
Right now I have looked at:
https://www.qr-code-generator.com/pricing/
Which offers 2 codes and 10,000 scans for $9.99 a month.
Unless there is a better answer offered here this fits my budget/needs. I’m only using this code for personal reasons and I can’t imaging using 10,000 scans anytime soon. I would like if it’s cheaper but it’s still doable.
2. https://qr-code-styling.com/
I found this one here in this group but it appears to be only a generator and not a host.
Any recommendations would be appreciated.
Thanks.
EDIT: I should add some more information.
One of the QR codes is to insert my name and phone number into somebody else’s contacts.
The other QR code is to start the process of sending a pre-written text message to myself.
That’s all I’m trying to accomplish.
I am unclear whether I need somebody to host this for me or is all of that information just in the QR code and needs no extra hosting
They make it impossible to see your codes will be deactivated in 14 days, once you spent all your money on packaging, flyers, designs whatever with the QR code you made, you'll see on the site a trial ending timer, once that ends your code doesn't work anymore, the company forces you to pay a (YEARLY) not monthly fee so they can get the most money out of you for your mistake of not double checking, so you get stuck in a spot where you either pay the money for the code or you wasted all your money on whatever the code was printed on
I do graphic design and ordered thousands of dollars worth of packaging and stuff for multiple clients, now I am stuck with this bill or trying to give this insane explanation to my clients of why they need to give me (MORE) money so the QR code continues to work, even though with a quick google search they'll see QR codes are free, this is the WORST business practice I've ever seen and these people should be jailed for stealing.
They reply to everyone saying blah blah its legit premium services, but these garbage scammers know exactly what they're doing, sneakiest company I've seen still up and running STAY AWAY!

Best qr generator sites
I am looking to make a lot of QR codes with my brands logo around the QR code. These will be dynamic through my website. I want to stream line the production of these codes. I might be making thousands of these. I think canva might be able to help me do this. I have attached one of my final products as an example. Does anyone know what the best method would be to makes these?
Do not use this site!!!!!! They claim you have a free trial so you go ahead and create a QR code FOR A BUSINESS. Then they deactivate your QR code once trial ends and they also don't specify that they'll charge you $121 instead of $15 monthly. They'll have you use their stupid trial and once that's over and you've already printed your business card u won't be able to use that QR code again unless you pay that $121 or more! So freaking mad right now. That's stealing if you ask me!! Garbage companies are the ones that have fine print because they are money hungry for cash!!
How to do it? I've seen services that seem to be free upfront, but charge $100+ per year. Surely there must be a way to just create the QR code independently. All good advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Can you track QR codes generated in Canva? I searched their help section, Googled it, and no info. I added a Canva-generated QR code to a business card design, but can’t figure out if there is way to now track if anyone has used it.
Hey guys, can you recommend a free QR code generator? Preferably one with no expiry and unlimited scans. I need it for an invitation I’m making, and the link is from Google Maps. The wedding is on Dec 18, 2025. Is QR Code Monkey reliable for this?
I googled "QR code generator" and tried the website at the top of the list, which is "www.qr-code-generator.com". On the title it says "Create Your Free QR Codes".
They have a QR code generator on the landing page and you can generate a QR code just by writing the url of the website. When i tried "https://www.reddit.com/", everything was normal. It gave me a preview of the QR code and when i checked, it was directly connecting me to "https://www.reddit.com/" with no redirected links in the middle.
There are buttons for downloading the QR code you've created and it requires you to login to their web app. I clicked the download button and logged in with my google account. The QR Code i had created was gone and I needed to create it again. This time however I realized it didn't generate a direct link to reddit.com, but a redirected link to it.
It was still writing "https://www.reddit.com/" with a big font size on the top but at the right side of it, redirected link was written as a small and grayed out text and there was another text "Active for 13 Days" which indicates it won't be active after that.
in summary, they say "Free" on the title, which you see on google but it's not free. if you print that QR Code on something, it won't work after 13 days and there are 2 options you have:
reprint the materials with a proper QR Code which is not redirected and can't be taken hostage.
Pay the monthly bill for QR code, which is actually something you can create for free from another QR code generator app.
You can generate safe QR codes by using Indesign, https://www.qrcode-monkey.com/ or Canva.
I am looking for something to generate many unique QR codes with unlimited scans. Is there anything that I can use for free that can generate this? Extra points if I can put custom words inside of it or something.
