If u are facing problems logging in read this:

to login on your mobile choose the "email" option and not Google.

to login on your pc/Mac/web choose the QR code option, u will have to log in on ur phone first, on ur phone go to profile (or the 3 dots at the top) and scan the code from ur capcut mobile.

DISCLAIMER: these accounts are not mine, I got them from a tg channel (loreapk)

people won't be able to see ur projects UNLESS u upload them to space

Long story short I just subscribed to CapCut pro so that I could use a couple features in the PC version, however, I can't even log into my account. My only options are to sign in with Facebook (I don't have a Facebook account) or Google Account. My CapCut ID that I bought PRO with isn't tied to either, but instead just tied to my regular email account.

I clicked "Sign in with TikTok account" but it doesn't even give an option to do so, just gives instructions on how to link a TikTok account to the Mobile App for some reason.

Hope I didn't just buy this subscription for no reason. If so this is very frustrating. Almost seems like a bait and switch.

When logging in you should see multiple options to do so. One of those options should be to scan a QR code. You will open the Capcut app on your phone and scan the code and it should log you in that way. Hope that helps!

I had this same issue until now. Download the CapCut app on your phone (if you haven't already) Click on "ME" (this should be your profile in the bottom left corner) Click the 3 lines at the top right corner (kinda looks like a drop-down menu) and click "Scan" Now from your PC, click "sign in" and scan the "Use QR code" on CapCut.
