I’ve never had such issues with Chase! They are always great for me. Certainly better than Capital one. I don’t know why everyone thinks they are entitled to a retention offer. You could have just downgraded it. Chase has never really been too hot on retention offers (and why should they) More on reddit.com

Their customer service is pretty bog standard to me. Unless you have the venture X then you'll get "priority" and I think you get native English speakers. (Correct me if I'm wrong) But outside, pretty standard. More on reddit.com
