Hyde Park has a few showrooms and the parking of the Dorchester Hotel which usually attracts supercars.
Otherwise, high street Knightsbridge has Ferrari and McLaren showrooms and could have some cars around Harrods.
Sloane Street and Mayfair would be other options for spotting.

Hi guys! I’m coming to London for 4 days to solve my settlement sheme student status. My boyfriend is coming with me and I want to thank him for the effort by bringing him to a place that a car enthusiast would enjoy. He is really into cars and a showroom would probably be one of the best ideas as test drives are too expensive. After looking places up I could’t even find one that isn’t temporarily or permanently closed. Any car enthusiasts know an intreresting and cool place that I could bring my boyfriend to in London?

You'd be best starting at Marble Arch, then walk down Park Lane, making sure to cut into some of the streets behind there and check the Dorchester. Then head around by Hyde Park corner, the hotels along there including the Lanesborough and the Sheraton and past the Ferrari dealership. Take in the McLaren dealership on the right before heading down Sloane Street to the rear of Harrods. You could then keep heading south to South Kensington and the Lamborghini dealership.
