Was very worried about ordering furniture over the internet. I wanted to touch feel and sit on it to really know if i wanted it or not. Its a big purchase and with covid we had been trying for over a year but not much to be had in stores and would have to order and wait months out. So decided to trust Costcos good reputation and give them a try. Wow!! So glad we did. Not only do we love the couch and loveseat but within one month of ordering it and recieving it, I saw it on sale for a much better price in an email Costco sent me. We filled out the form on their site for better price credit and recieved $800.00 plus tax credit within 2 days. Wow!! We already liked them but now we love the whole experience we had with Costco.
