Allows you to claim $5k in childcare costs tax-free. You have to submit daycare receipts for reimbursement through Anthem, but it’s definitely worth it for the tax savings. More on reddit.com

CarMax is constantly changing and you will always make less. All new stores are hourly plus bonus (which keeps getting changed). You need to ask if it is a cross-functional store. You will do everything. Traditional stores are commission only after the training period (CA may be different). You get paid per car, per extended service plan and per gap coverage. When you hit milestones, you get paid more. You can split a commission with another sales person (rules on this). A few years ago a call center was started. If there is any interaction with the CEC and entered in, you lose 1/2. If you then split with another sales person, you lose another 1/2. So, if an appt is started, an email sent, a phone call made, you lose 1/2. Ask where your store ranks in the region. Busy stores can still make money. The discount cannot be lower than cost. The max is $3000 but that is the difference between the sales price and amount of money CarMax has put into the car. The vehicle has to be saleable for 14 days. The system doesn't count non saleable time less than half a day like test drives. If a car is transferred those days do not count towards the 14 days. You also are not charged a processing fee when you purchase.
