What makes the Casper Essential Mattress Topper unique?
The Essential Mattress Topper is designed to provide additional comfort and pressure relief to any mattress. We combine the bounce and breathability of Breathe Flex Foam and soft-knit Cozy Cover to make it easier for you to fall asleep and stay comfortable throughout the night. Revive your guest bedroom, dorm room, or any bed with our 2-inch or 3-inch mattress topper.
Is the Casper Essential Mattress Topper machine washable?
This foam mattress topper is not washable, and we do not recommend removing the quilted knit cover. Instead, spot clean with mild detergent and air dry away from direct sunlight or heat.
Can this topper improve the comfort of my current mattress?
Absolutely! Our mattress topper combines a responsive top layer with cradling memory foam to add extra softness and support, transforming your current mattress into a more comfortable dreamscape.
Based on the general consensus I’ve seen on this sub, we should avoid “bed-in-the-box” type products, and spend more to invest in a quality mattress. That being said…
We’re looking to buy a mattress for our guest bedroom. We’d rather avoid spending too much. If we were to invest in more expensive options, we’d just buy a king-size tempur-pedic for ourselves and put our current queen size tempur-pedic in the guest room. We were looking at the Casper because it’s affordable, but it seems most people didn’t love it as their daily driver. Would a mattress topper have solved issues, or do we really need to spend THAT much to get a quality mattress for a guest that I might sleep on a couple of night’s per week?
For reference: I’m about 200 lbs, sleep on side and back. My wife is also a combination sleeper. Trying to keep it around 500 for a budget mattress.
What would you do in my situation? Any better budget suggestions? Thanks in advance!
