4 days ago - The Celebration Mk2 is a Hardmode launcher that has a 1/5 (20%) chance of being dropped by the Moon Lord. I just got Celebration MK2 and decided to play with it a bit, I didn't know Rocket IV destroyed blocks
Pretty sure they will tell you in the tooltip whether it does or not. You should also just assume that an explosive will destroy tiles unless specified otherwise (you learn these things with grenades and bombs). More on reddit.com
Is Celebration MK2 still the best way to hollow large chunks of land?
If you also have fargos souls as well and truly want a big chunk of your world gone, there's the galactic reformer (Crafted with 500 dynamite at a hellforge) Large world abyss for comparison. I have infinite flight enabled so you'll probably have different circumstances, but for clarity this is big enough to fight providence very comfortably Edit: note that unlike city buster this will kill you if you're caught in the blast More on reddit.com

I just got my first moon lord kill and i am so lucky to get celebration (cus i'm ranger). But the thing is, i never use rocket before. So i don't know which is the best ammo for it. I will mostly use it for farming moon lord again for vortex set

r/CalamityMod on Reddit: Is Celebration MK2 still the best way to hollow large chunks of land?
June 23, 2024 -
Just curious if anyone has tested any Calamity Rocket Launcher with mini nuke having better digging potential.
I also have Fargo's mutant mod, but the city buster digs upwards and does not break background wall. So I personally find it a bit worse off than Celebration MK2.
