I found a brand on the sinks that are the same style. The company that made the faucet appears to be Harden. The style of the cartridge has similarities to others I'm seeing online for Harden.

The part appears to be "harden 185"

Identify your ceramic cartridge & save money - iFixit Repair Guide
This is a guide for for identifying two handled (hot & cold) tap (faucet) cartridges. Taps with separate hot and cold handles account for approx. 80% of all UK taps. Of those, around 15% still using rubber washers whilst all the rest use ceramic disc cartridges.

r/HomeImprovement on Reddit: I need help identifying ceramic disc cartridges to replace in leaky faucet
March 18, 2022 -

I haven't heard back from r/plumbing so giving it a go here. The previous owners of my home installed a faucet I'm unfamiliar with and it has ceramic disc cartridges.

My local hardware stores think these are Pfister, and don't stock the model, but I assume many companies make replacement parts. I haven't found a clear marking on them, so I haven't been able to identify them. Anyone recognize these?

Manufacturing Ceramic Discs in Faucet Cartridges
They look like alumina or yttria stabilized zirconia (YSZ). Often alumina is yellow from nitrogen impurities during firing. Both are pretty mechanically robust and chemically stable. I've never looked into how they are made but I think they're probably pressure cast. Think slip cast but with air pressure so you get much thicker parts. It's more.complicated but that's the basic idea. For the smooth surfaces, since they're planar, 99percent sure they are machine polished. Probably with diamond. Took a quick look at existing parents and everyone's being suspiciously non-specific regarding the type of ceramic. Wish I could tell you more, most of this information is just ancillary to the work I do because I use different kinds of ceramic crucibles in my line of work. You could ask for information from a ceramics manufacturer perhaps. I have had good communications with Almath crucibles in the past and might recommend pinging their sales team for contact info with one of their engineers. They're a little more human than CoorsTek which is now too big to care about little people. I've never tried stalking LinkedIn for CoorsTek employees in an engineering dept but maybe you could weasle your way in that way? Best of luck More on reddit.com

October 26, 2019 - Our fixtures person had asked about the age of the faucet because there is a second style of stem. I guess I will have them order those or at least show me a picture. I just keep finding the wrong one online. It's a semi generic 1/2" ceramic cartridge with bonnet threads but it has a longer, chrome stem with fewer splines than normal.
