Signed up for Amazon prime credit card very recently and Every time the Amazon site redirects me when I click things like make payment or check statement the chase site is telling me
“it looks like you used a different account or your Amazon account is hidden”
“Please make sure your chase username and password matches your Amazon rewards Visa card or unhide your Amazon account under profile and settings”
What does that mean? I’ve called chase customer service and they’ve hung up on me 3 times so I’m wondering is anyone else having this problem
I don’t know what to do. The first time I made a payment I was prompted to make an account. Normally, the passwords save and I’m fine. Not this time.
I go into my Amazon account, I click on the card, it says “link account,” I go to the website, and it asks for the username and password. I don’t remember making a username but every combination I try including my email as username fail.
I then click forgot password, which requires me to enter my account number or card number. I don’t have either. I haven’t gotten a card. I have received mail containing the last 4 of my account number, but not the full one. That happens to be in the account I can’t login to.
Idek what to do. I’m so lost. Is this something Amazon can help me with or Chase?
I have a checking account with Chase Bank. I also have an Amazon Visa credit card. The Amazon card is with JP Morgan Chase Bank.
The problem is I can't pay my monthly Amazon credit card payment online at all. When you try to link your checking account with your Amazon card on the Chase website/app, it doesn't even include Chase in the list. It has every bank except Chase (?) that doesn't make any sense to me at all 😕
