I wanted to cancel a card. There were no options to speak with an agent. A message at the beginning said call centers are closed (makes sense to me now why my local branch was packed the other day). Pressing 0 looped me back. Ah, but I pressed it again. I got an agent immediately. Yay, I got my annual fee back. I don't think I'll be flying any time soon, so I didn't need the perks.
