I’ve been trying for 30 minutes. All I can do is get a robot to tell me my balance and give me options none that I’ve found actually lead to a person.
Hi all, first post and thought I’d share some advice I just learned today. (Apologizes if this is common knowledge or frequently shared) Seemingly like others, I’ve failed to find a way to talk to a real person on the main Customer service line before. That ends today! If you call the main line and type 0#0#, it brings you right to a person. Hope this helps.
I do not have my credit card or account number. I was paying my card off exclusively on the app and now it locked me out and I need one of those numbers to even talk to someone at Chase. Any ideas?
I cannot get into my Chase online account. The wrong phone number was on it. I went to a bank and had them change the phone number. However now when I try to logon online it hits me with this “let’s make sure it’s you” and an 800-945-2000. Which doesn’t work. None of the options pertain to what I need. How can I get a person on the phone?
