Their Private Client Services and customer service generally is worthless
Who or how to contact Chase for an account with them we are unaware of?
Even if you have an account with chase you don’t have to log in... to finish or anything.. I have done it.. I would go in branch

^^^^ Title is all you really need to know^^^^
Been on the phone today for three hours resolving an issue that Chase *caused*.
Three days ago Chase called *me* from a number, 888 373 1969, which I could not verify was a Chase number.
I didn't answer but called them back via the customer service number because I *do* have an open claim.
No one in the claim dept or the fraud dept could verify if this was a real chase number because they don't have access to their *own* companies phonebook.
Turns out, they wanted more information on a claim I filed.
It was a chargeback for a catalog purchase.
When I made the claim I gave them the tracking number so they could verify that the item was returned.
They wanted *me* to tell them if the seller had received the return.
I gave them the tracking number when I made the claim, they can see that the item was returned to the seller on their end, without calling me. But, OK, glad I could do their job for them.
Jump forward two days, they called me again, at 8AM, to verify that the seller received the return.
Really?!?!?!? They have the tracking number and I had already tracked it *for them* on the above call.
So I put on my Karen capris and called my private client representative to make a complaint about having to spend nearly three hours on the phone trying to determine if I was being scammed and so I could give them information they already had. Today is a holiday, which the private client agent kept reminding me of like it was an inconvenience for them, I kept reminding them that *they called me*.
Guess what?
The private client agent couldn't record the complaint because I already have a open claim, the chargeback above. She was professional and did try several different things, but the option to open an additional ticket was simply not available to her.
What is the point of being a private client member if they literally cannot perform the services that they advertise???
Im considering moving to a different bank.
Suggestions?
