I gave it identical prompts which I had from a previous conversation, and I received almost identical results. The only difference was the phasing, but the outcame was the same. Am I missing something, is this model supposed to be superior in any way? Or just faster and with better image processing?

I've been using chatGPT since december 2022, and have tried GPT 4 around april and may of 2023. I haven't used it since and I heard a lot of improvements were implemented, like a plugin store iirc. Is it already accessing the network and do you think it's worth paying as it is now, compared to GPT 3.5?
I want to use it mainly to solve everyday tasks and help me learn programming
