Man, I had too. When I switched to GPT 4 it was just around that time the feature seemed to dissapear from 3.5 and the model suddenly denied ever being able to process images.

The API as of right now mentions two approaches to feed it images:

1. Give it the URL of the image
2. Give it the base64 encoded format
