I think you can't, at least not with firmwares up to v4. I believe this has been discussed in this forum before (use the search function). I wonder if the latest firmware version would allow it, but I don't have access to it yet.

i am paying for a ChatGPT account but I've never remember setting up an ID or password. Until now I've simply been using "Ask Anything" but now appear to be locked out. Help me use what I'm paying for.

Hey,
I ran into the perpetual login screen earlier and just figured out a workaround!
The browser I'm using is Chromium with a new incognito window.
Trying to login, there's an issue with how the browser user agent is being queried :
Open the Developer menu by going to More Tools>Dev Tools.
Now click the 3 dots and select More Tools>Network conditions:
Now disable the cache and change the User Agent to Googlebot Desktop or 'Mozilla/5.0 AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko; compatible; Googlebot/2.1; +http://www.google.com/bot.html) Chrome/103.0.9999.0 Safari/537.36'
Refresh, and now you should be able to log back in and see your previous GPT chats, but you'll still get an error if you try to submit any new chats.
Now, change User Agent to Internet Explorer 8 and re-enable the cache. Refresh and you should be back in and able to start chatting again! These are just the user agents I tried, but you can probably use any that don't sanitize the user agent string.

You are a life saver!!! I would never have thought to try this. I could login on my desktop without issue, but on my Pixel 6 Pro I was in that seemingly endless page refresh loop regardless of the browser (Edge, Chrome or Firefox). I had already connected to my desktop and could see it was a 429 error, but that's as far as I had gotten. Do you (or does anyone) know why the hell this happens? I removed my entire chat history, cleared my entire browser history/cookies/etc. - everything - but nothing worked. Really annoying. Also, how do you get support from OpenAI? I pay for the Plus subscription for myself and my son, so that's $40/mo. and I'll be damned if I can find a way to contact them.

this worked for me on firefox, just changed useragent with an extension and after a bit of waiting it let me log in. Thanks.
