Is $2.99 per 12x12 ceramic tile a good price?
Where do I find 12x12 tile anymore?
Anybody know how I can find more of these 12x12 ceramic tiles based on stamp or bar code?
Cheap tile vs expensive tile
Not all tile is meant for walls or floors. Check the specs for water absorption. Some tile is not good for wet areas.
The length of time the tile will last depends greatly on how well it's installed and how well you prep beforehand. You'll want to make sure you have limited to no deflection in those floors before installing.
Cheaper tiles are cheaper tiles. The finish won't last as long or be as hardy as something that costs a bit more.

We're re-doing our kitchen floor and the tile was marked as $4.99 and they said they'd give it to us for $2.99. We only need about 160 sq ft worth. So we're looking at $500ish. Just wanted to know how that price compared to what's out there. Thanks!
I don't want this 12x24 large format. It's trendy. It'll date my house as being done now.
I want something smaller in a square. 8 in 12 in. Where do I find that for under $5 a square foot?
