We don't have much on Craigslist ... up cabinets for about 25% of new. They always seem to have some. Flat panel light colored oak seem especially common. FB Marketplace might be another option. Also, you might look at an office surplus type place. Their stuff is often cheap. On CL, be sure to check the Business section, not just materials. You might consider using regular toolboxes instead of base cabinets, and just taking the wheels off them. Mastercraft or Husky 56"~72" toolboxes are about the same price per foot or maybe a little cheaper as the Newage 4 or 5 drawer cabinets, and probably 1/2 or 1/3 of the price per cubic inch of drawer space. The Newage cabinets are only 16" deep, too shallow for my liking. 22" or 24" deep gives you a lot more room as long as you don't have some specific reason to have shallow cabinets (like fitting a car/truck into the garage).
