Hey guys, I've gotten a few questions recently on how and where to buy jerseys from Aliexpress. I'll be walking you through the entire process but first some explanation is in order.
Background Info:
The sale of these jerseys are by all means an illegal operation. Now that doesn't mean the FBI or the MI6 is going to break down your door for ordering a Mata jersey, but do understand that these products are not officially licensed goods. Most of the jerseys are made by independent factories. Factories in China, Thailand, and other South East Asian countries aren't for the most part owned by a certain company. Rather, Nike or Adidas give them a contract with explicit instructions, materials, and a quota to meet. However, these blueprints, designs, and materials tend to move around once the factory has produced the contracted amount. That's where we get our $20 adizero kits. Now the kits we're dealing with are not going to be the same quality as the ones you see the players wearing at Old Trafford. Stitching may be a little loose or a UEFA badge a bit crooked, but that all comes down to the fact that these jerseys aren't subject to the same level of quality control as official merchandise. Given the illegal nature of these products and the recent international backlash in regard to replica designer goods, Aliexpress is cracking down on the widespread availability of fake goods on their site. So links are being taken down as soon as they go up. With that brief history lesson out of the way, let's get into the ordering process.
The Process:
I buy all my jerseys through Aliexpress. You'll see websites offering similar goods and prices such as GoGoalShop, but Aliexpress is a much larger company that actually deals with an incredibly wide variety of products. Think of them as a slightly shadier Chinese version of Amazon. Aliexpress' payment system is what is known as escrow, where you pay Aliexpress themselves, the seller ships your item, then upon arrival you confirm delivery and the payment is released to the individual seller.
The seller I've been using for the past two seasons is a guy named Tim Ho.
Now remember the thing I said about it being harder to order these days? Well here's the solution that the sellers came up with over in the Oriental (is that offensive now?).
"Pengtings on my WhatsApp, yeah they love it when I drop that" -Stormzy, the dude from the Pogba video
So for the fellow Americans in the room who aren't familiar with it, WhatsApp is an alternative method to instant messaging, replacing Facebook Messenger or GroupMe. It takes seconds to download from the Appstore or Google Play and a few more to make an account. Message your seller and be nice, they're people too just trying to make a living.
Tim's WhatsApp: +86 13727068576
Message Tim (or what ever seller you decide to go with) through WhatsApp and tell him what you're looking for (Hey, I'm Billy Bob and I want to buy a Manchester United 16/17 Home kit, Pogba, #6, cup font with Europa League badges.) From there follow the link that your seller sends you and select your size. Please keep in mind that these links often change, so ask your seller before you buy to send you the latest payment link. When you're checking out, there will be a box for "order details" or something. There you put in the specifics like "Man United 16/17 Home, Pogba, #6, cup font." Hit order and you should be alright!
Conclusion:
Please keep in mind that these jerseys are not officially licensed in the least. However, I can personally vouch for their quality. I've compared my friends' authentic ones from Nike Stores and United Direct and there are very few differences. The worst I've seen is a few loose stitches or a letter starting to peel. But those defects can be found in some authentic kits as well, so it's a bit luck of the draw in that regard. In terms to the fit, I'm about 6' (1.8288 meters) with an athletic build and the medium fits me perfectly. Use that how you will. Shipping is a big point for some people. I've had kits come in a bit over a week and some taking up to three weeks. That being said you can opt to shell out a bit more for faster shipping, but keep in mind that it will raise the overall cost. Now your $17 kit becomes a $35 kit. It's up to you if that's worth it to you. But don't order a kit from here if you're in some sort of dire need. Over all, I would say that buying an authentic kit is that way to go if you can afford it, but for those (majority) of us who are students, live a frugal lifestyle, or don't have an Arab sugardaddy, this method of buying kits can be extremely rewarding and cost efficient. Personally I've been able to buy a lot more kits this way and rep my teams in a way that doesn't put a hole through my wallet (I'm looking at you, $115 price tag for a home kit with custom printing). So it's up to you whether or not you want to go this route, but for those who do, now you know how to.

I've been looking for cheap jerseys but can't find any legit sites. About 10 years ago my dad ordered some from a Chinese site and they were surprisingly decent quality for around $30 each. Anybody have any info? Thank you in advance!

Thanks all for the sub not being too crazy this week. Makes it easy for us moderators when we win and everyone's happy. I'm super glad my Brock Jersey has arrived, he's been playing like prime Joe Montana. 2 weeks before the season started I wanted to replace my Jimmy jersey with a Brock one but didn't want to shell out $150+ to make it happen. I scoured the internet for the best place to buy a jersey and ended up buying one from 2 different sellers I found so I could compare and share my experiences with each.
The two sites I ordered from were Jenna Jerseys and a "top rated" DH Gate seller Huang8866. I'll be ranking them below in detail and then providing an overall rating at the bottom if you want to skip through.

DH Gate Huang8866: https://imgur.com/a/NO6BI46
Jenna Jersey Website: http://www.jenna2021.com/men-s-san-francisco-49ers-13-brock-purdy-limited-red-2022-vapor-jersey
DH Gate website: https://www.dhgate.com/product/51-men-2020-top-good-new-cheap-good-top-sales/524392348.html
Here's a comparison of categories and which Jersey maker won each category.
Cost: Jenna Jersey
Jenna Jersey was $23, DH Gate was $27. Both prices include shipping.
Shipping time: DH Gate (Barely)
DH Gate came in 14 days after payment, Jenna Jersey came in 19 days after payment. Waiting 5 more days wasn't that big of a deal, tracking is slow to update for both and I'd advise not looking at it at all once you order. They both shipped with the same speed service and provider so I wouldn't be surprised it just was random chance one arrived 5 days before the other.
Ease of order: DH Gate (Slightly)
DH Gate was easier to order from, there's an actual listing page, you just pick size and jersey type, add to cart and pay. For Jenna you have to place an order on her website that includes prices (no payment yet though), and then you get an email a few min to a few hours after (check spam, it was there for me) from her directing you to an Alibaba listing that's $1 and then instructing you to make the quantity whatever you have to pay. In my case the jersey was $21 so I added 21 of a $1 placeholder listing to my cart and then paid after taxes were applied. It's a few hoops to jump through but it's not super complicated and communication is clear. You can DM/comment if you need help from me or you can email her. You can use a credit card for both Jerseys since you're either paying on DH Gate or Alibaba, 2 pretty safe sites for payment info.
Seller communication: Jenna Jersey
Jenna didn't win this category as much as DH Gate lost it. Jenna was quick to send a link to pay on her shop to my email (within min) and confirmed payment within hours as well after I asked to double-check. The english is fine and she communicates shipping times clearly. DH Gate had fine communication with payment and shipping alerts (easier since it's all automated unlike Jenna). However, when I had an issue with my DH Gate jersey (more later on in the review), the seller was extremely unhelpful and would not give even a partial refund until I had DH Gate step in. Maybe it was just my seller but if he was "top-rated" I assume the other sellers aren't any better. FYI, DH Gate is loaded with fake reviews so don't trust those.
Logo quality: Jenna Jersey
Look at the imgur albums for comparison but Jenna Jerseys copy of the Nike swoosh is AMAZING. You can see how the DH Gate one compares to an official Rams jersey (don't judge me, it's a divided house). It's a little patch stitched on and is obviously fake. However, the Jenna one is a 99% identical copy to the legit thing and no one will be able to notice the difference. For the NFL logo on the collar the DH gate one is a bit better (they use blue dye on the NFL logo vs black on Jenna). However, it's such a small part and it's not really noticeable so I'm not worried about it. The Nike swoosh is much more important to me and Jenna delivered.
Stitch quality: Tie
You can tell from the images it's about the same. I'd say Jenna is a bit more crisp with the number stitching but worse with the nameplate stitching (a tad crooked and curved). Evens out. Both are fully stitched though, none of that sticker crap and look super great. See images but there's not a clear winner here.
Sizing: Jenna Jersey BY FAR
This was the biggest concern I had with the DH Gate Jersey. I ordered an adult small but it fit like an adult XL (no joke). The length measurements were over by a few inches compared to the sellers description and fit me like a dress. When I asked for a refund they refused and I had to involve DH Gate support which was a pain. Jenna however, fit just like the measurements listed on the website. Hers are true to the description
TLDR & Overall: Jenna Jersey
Both Jerseys have comparable stitching and the colors are accurate. However, sizing is the most important factor in clothing and DH Gate just isn't true to sizing. Jenna has the more accurate Nike logo copy which is a big part of the authentic feel of a jersey. It's a bit longer of an order process but the quality is worth it. For less than $25 it's a steal. My DH Gate seller also didn't help me when I told him it didn't fit and sent images with measurements and that soured that experience as well. Maybe Jenna would also refuse a refund if you complained about sizing but from my experience, her Jerseys are true to the website description.
Giveaway!
If you've read this far thanks for taking the time to read all this. If your true jersey size is an XL and you don't mind wearing a knockoff leave a comment on this post with the phrase #BP13 somwhere in your comment and I'll select a random winner on Sunday after the game to ship the DH Gate jersey to free of charge (USA only). Look through the imgur album to make sure you'd be happy with the jersey before commenting so that it goes to a home where it'll be worn proudly. Again, it says small but fits like an XL. You can see some of the measurements on the imgur post but let me know if you need more and I'll add them to the album.
Please leave a comment if you have any questions or if I missed anything in my review. GO NINERS!!!
You know I ain’t paying $200 for a legit one.
Basically the title! I’ve been getting more into baseball and the Mets this season and I’ve started going to games. I have one T-Shirt and a Hat but I’d love to also get a home jersey. Official jerseys online are way to expensive for me right now though (inflation is real dawg). Is there anywhere folks can recommend for me to go in person to find lower priced jerseys (official or decent knockoffs, I’m not super picky)? I’d love to grab something before the game on Sunday. LGM!
I usually see a guy at the county fair who sells Browns jerseys. They’re nice, stitched and have the players’ names on the back. They’re maybe $60 a pop. They’re tagged properly but I haven’t seen the NFL hologram sticker yet.
Well, he wasn’t there at the fair. Anyone know where I can find that guy or an alternative? I have two kids who will outgrow a $100 jersey in a year or two.
I have a Mahomes t-shirt, but I wanted to get a couple of jerseys. I've been hearing that the overpriced ones are still bad quality, so might as well get a couple of knockoffs. Wanted to try and get them before the playoffs. Any reliable sources with decent quality? TIA!
Hey yall I’m wanting to get a hester jersey but not interested in paying $120 for it. I know a lot of people know of some knockoff sites that have actually good quality for the like $40-$60 range, where would you guys recommend I shop / do you have personal experience with it and how was the quality?
My DHgate jerseys came in! Very happy with the quality! What do you guys think?
The shipment took about two weeks and was free of charge. I didn't really trust it first. But I ended up pretty satisfied!
Now these guys really did their best to imitate this stuff. They even did the watermarks on the brand tags. They stitched the letters and numbers pretty neatly and the quality seems really ok. I am a slim 6"3 and a large fits me like it should. I do however think a large in the USA would be bigger.
Buying from the NBA store really isn't a good option when you live in the Netherlands. If I would live in the USA I would still prefer an authentic jersey for double the price. I hope I am allowed to post this! These jerseys were $28 a piece.

edit: I started a chat with the store owner http://i.imgur.com/67rskVS.jpg
edit3: can some mod from r/nba please just tell me it's fine to post the link? permission
edit5: it's from 'Aimee Smith store': http://www.aliexpress.com/store/512754 and the jersey's I selected were from the 'Revolution 30 Basketball Jersey' section. I don't know if the service is as good if you are from the USA. And no guarantees that you get the same result!
Hey everyone,
I’m trying to find a good quality supplier that can produce soccer jerseys and shorts with my own team logo and personal design. Ideally looking for something breathable and durable (not cheap knockoff material).
Has anyone here ordered team kits before and can recommend a reliable company or manufacturer? Bonus if they ship internationally and don’t require a massive minimum order.
Appreciate any leads!
Hey everyone! Ravens fan here living in KC. I recently got tickets for the season opener at Arrowhead and I'm in the market to buy a new jersey. I was wanting to know from you guys whats the best place to buy cheap knock off (decent quality) jerseys at these days? I use to use DHgate years ago but when I visit the website today, there isn't alot advertised for ravens jerseys. Any advice would be appreciated
I’d like the right shade of yellow but am willing to wait and not spend $200.
Thanks!
Steeler nation on a budget!
Has anyone bought the SB jersey from any of the knockoffs (alibaba, dhgate, etc.) that they think are worth it? I'm so frustrated I don’t have a white super bowl jersey 5 months later, but would like to know which specific seller is my best bet.
