I'm looking for quiet/lowkey type brands that look luxury but are really affordable, no logos, and preferably unique and not like major. Thanks!
Edit: Streetwear and minimalism btw
Edit 2: Old money?
I wanted to create this post to share and to receive advice about online 'discounters' that specialize in luxury/high end items.
By that I mean websites that have (almost) year-round sales on luxury/high-end goods.
For example, the ones I visit most often are :
Yoox
MyTheresa
Italist
Farfetch
What are your faves ?
Hey everyone _^ I just started a new position where I will be making 20K per annum. I want to start a designer bag collection but I don’t know where to start on my income. I will be making 1600 after taxes each month. What bag brands would you recommend or are there other brands I should save up for first?
I posted a question about people's "Oh, I get it now" items that made them realize that paying more was actually worth it. As I read through the responses I learned about a ton of brands I had never heard of. Some that I liked, and all that were shockingly expensive.
If you pay full retail.
So now I am wondering where you guys go to buy your luxury items. Do you order online or go to a store and lay full pop? Do you wait for sales and only buy then? Are there sites that have good clearance deals on these high end items? (I'm personally only aware of places like Sacks 5th off and Nordstrom Rack, but many of the items mentioned are way out of that range.)
