My kitchen floor has lasted over 17 years and shows no real signs of wear, but it is a good grade of Armstrong brand tile. I laid half my living room floor in stuff I got from a now-defunct store called Fred's. It has held up fairly well, but the other half done in Family Dollar tiles isn't worth a hoot.
