My family of 4 will be traveling to NY on 8/7 for the first time and hoping to take my 2 baseball obsessed sons to a Yankees game. I just looked at tickets and they’re pretty expensive so was hoping some of you might have tips on how to get reasonable prices tickets, but still decent seats. Is it cheaper to wait until the day of to purchase? I’m a planner so that makes me uneasy, but if it will save a significant amount of money and still allow for seats with a great view, then I’m down. Any recommendations on where to purchase tickets? Also suggestions on where to sit in the stadium? Thanks for the insight!
Hi all. I will be travelling from England to NY next month and would love to take in a game at Yankee Stadium. I often watch ticket prices on various apps, Vivid Seats etc, and am looking for advice on buying tickets on match day. I noticed prices tend to get pretty cheap close to game time, and wondered how late you can leave it to buy tickets? Is there an app that is particularly reliable? Is it better to go to the box office? Thanks for any advice.
Planning first trip to New York in a few weeks and hoping to buy two tickets to the Home Game on August 9th or 10th. Is it cheaper to buy online now or wait until day of or day before? We're interested in maybe the 120s section, but open to suggestions. Is it cheaper to buy now? Wait until later? After taxes/fees, it's looking to be about $160 each. Are the 200s section good too?
Any suggestions, tips, or advice on how to get cheaper tickets are greatly welcome. If any Yankees employees see this, then thank you too for the suggestions and tips!
