Hey everyone!
I did some research and found these :
Kling AI, Runway ML, Pollo AI, and Leonardo AI.
My main priority is good-quality video generation, and it needs to be budget-friendly (up to $20/month). Gemini Ultra Veo 3 is sadly out of budget ($250/month!). Which of these would you go for? Any other platforms that fit the criteria?
Thanks!
Hey everyone, I know this gets asked a lot, but with how fast AI tools evolve, I’d love to get some updated insights from users here:
What’s the best paid AI video generator right now in 2025?
I’ve tried a few myself, but I’m still on the hunt for something that offers consistent, high-quality results — without burning through credits like water. Some platforms give you 5–10 short videos per month, and that’s it, unless you pay a lot more.
Also: Are there any truly free or open-source alternatives out there? Something like Stable Diffusion but for video — even if it’s more technical or limited.
I’m open to both paid and free tools, but ideally looking for something sustainable for regular creative use.
Would love to hear what this community is using and recommending — especially anyone doing this professionally or frequently. Thanks in advance!

Whether you're a marketer, educator, content creator, or startup founder, or you just want to make things for fun, this post helps you decide which tool fits your workflow and budget.
I've evaluated 15 tools based on real world testing, UI/UX walkthroughs, pricing breakdowns, and hands on results from automation features (URL to video, prompt generation, avatar quality, and more)
I tried linked my most used / favorites in the table as well but moderation rules didn't allow me to. My go-to as of rn is Slop Club though.
Why do all of these AI video generators claim to be "free" and just hit you with paywalls?
Can someone please recommend some that are free, or at least let me make one free video?
There's too many paid ai video generators to count, but are there any free ones with no strings attached to it. I dont think i could run it locally unless its easy on resources. I cant even run the latest ai models im still stuck in sd 1.5.
So I had briefly found a free text to video generator that didn’t use credits or require an account and could do unlimited (even multiple tabs), before it disappeared like a month ago.
I don’t really care so much about quality (at least to a point), but wondering the best bang for your buck for unlimited generations. Like I saw Envato is offering it for I think $16.50 a month IF you sign up for a year (and like $35 for month to month) but I never heard of them and there are so many options nowadays. If it uses Veo3 or similar that’s amazing but fine with less sophisticated options as long as it looks somewhat realistic and understands prompts ok. I just kind of got addicted to the slot machine effect of seeing if it gets my prompts I guess, and more fun when it’s less restrictive of my inputs.
In your opinion, what’s the best budget-friendly way, or budget-friendly app or site deal, to focus on maximizing quantity instead of quality? Preferably for short term since I might step away again if I start to get carried away. Thanks!
I've been looking at hailuoai, runwayml, dreamina and recently higgsfield, and have only used some of their trial versions. VEO3 from what i heard is pricey. Please recommend if there are better ones out there. Thanks.
I was going to some AI image to video generator sites, but there are always registrations and payments only and not a single free one and non-registration one , so I would like to know if there are some AI images to video generator sites which are free and no registration. if not is there some AI image to video generator program but free?
I'm looking for an AI video maker with these options:
Free / Affordable ($10/month max) No watermarks No stock footage Ability to extend length (5 minute max is fine)
This would be very helpful
Thank you in advance!
Hi all,
This isn’t so much for me, as it is for a friend of mine who’s working on some AI projects.
First - does anyone have any positive experiences with KlingAI? Would they recommend it? Paid version vs free version?
Second - any recommendations for video generators for AI images created in SD in general? Specifically looking to do portrait mode at this time. Free would be preferred, but he’s open to paid if they are great enough.
Third- any great recommendations for uncensored video generators that work well with AI images is very helpful as well, because eventually he will want to incorporate adult content.
Thanks!
I’ve been testing a bunch of AI video tools lately to turn both text and video content into quick, UGC-style videos. The problem is, most of them are either:
too expensive 💸 too robotic 🤖 or the free ones just don’t cut it in terms of quality or flexibility. What I’m really looking for is something open-source (or at least free), easy to use, and ideally made for non-technical users. I don’t need crazy animations — just clean, fast, social-friendly videos I can generate without spending hours editing or burning through a budget.
Any recommendations for tools that hit that sweet spot? I’m open to browser-based tools too, as long as they’re not locked behind paywalls or packed with watermarks.
I want to generate videos by giving prompts to ai, something like that one video of the presidents eating spaghetti. Not random clips of stock footage, but full on ai generated video.
Free sites please, I am broke
Mind blown by the level is this ai. this come from an instagram account of https://www.instagram.com/rorycapello/ All type of these videos.
Does anyone know which service can make videos at this quality? Not only free ones, paid ones are fine as well. Hope someone has an idea.
Many thanks.
Hey everyone—I'm hunting for an AI video generator that can:
Produce high-quality, cinematic videos (realistic or stylized)
Include built-in audio (music/SFX/voiceover)
Generate clips of at least 1 minute if they can't generate at least 1 minute+ long videos, then dont even mention the ai plz.
Offer unlimited generations (or very high monthly or daily generations)
Money isn’t an issue—happy to pay for top-tier plans
I want the absolute best—even if it costs $100+/mo. What platforms or engines would you recommend? Open to desktop, mobile, or web-based solutions. Thanks in advance!
>>Edit - I ended up going with Openart Ai which has been great. They have Sora 2 built in and also all of the other major video generation engines like Veo 3 and Kling.
I want to make viral video shorts for facebook reels and YouTube shorts. I can'y get access to Sora 2 as I am in Australia and we don't have access here yet. Are there any other alternatives? let me know your best ai video generator. thanks in advance!
I have SORA and it's unable to do what a lot of video generators can do with AI. I've heard runway's excellent. Can someone please list some of the video generators out there and explain their specs/benefits/weaknesses.
Edit: Sort answers by new for most up-to-date responses! People are still responding in July
