Check out the Flashfood app! It shows you grocery stores nearby that has food heavily discounted because it’s nearing its best before date. Which doesn’t really matter if you throw meat and bread/buns in the freezer and most dairy is good well past the best before date. The produce isn’t bad either, it’s just not sellable at full price. Usually it’s Superstore. You pick what you want out of what’s available and pay through the app, then pick it up at customer service.
