Hi! Desperately looking for help here lol. Not sure if I can post this here but I don't see anything against it in the rules I think.
So I'm not a Sam's Club member, but I work for an insurance brokerage, we work with Mercury Insurance and they have a discount for having a Sam's membership, to apply this discount they ask for proof of membership in the form of a screenshot of your membership details (needs to show name, membership number and expiration date). They also have one for Costco and AAA, for AAA a photo of the physical card is fine and for Costco they sent us a step by step guide to send to customers but they don't have one for Sam's for some reason. If anyone knows how to view this that would be so much help, our clients are mostly older Spanish speaking folks so this is kind of confusing for them too.
I'm just curious because every few times that I have asked to see their card someone said that the Sam's club that they go to in a different city or used to go to they would say that they didn't. I never heard if any other clubs do that.
I dont know how many clubs do this but there has to be a better way than digging through my wallet for my membership card. It would be easier to pull up the app on my phone to display my membership status.
