Hello everyone,
I'm looking for some fashion advice to step up my wardrobe game. Currently, my closet consists of just two pairs of jeans, and I'm in dire need of a wardrobe upgrade. Jeans have been my go-to for years, with my last venture into chinos happening nearly eight years ago – a fact that still makes me chuckle!
My current work situation is remote, which has been a significant factor in my casual attire. However, I've decided it's high time to refresh my pants collection.
So, I'm here to inquire about the ideal occasions to sport chinos, trousers, or jeans. My goal is to maintain a core rotation of 2 or 3 pairs of jeans while incorporating more casual trousers and chinos into my repertoire. I've heard that chinos are better suited for the summer, while trousers are more appropriate for the winter. However, I'm looking for versatile options that can seamlessly transition between casual and formal events, such as gatherings, lunches, and dinners.
If you were to recommend a few pairs of chinos and trousers to kickstart my collection, what colors would you suggest? I've already ordered black and navy CK golf trousers but open to any other suggestions.
I genuinely appreciate any advice you can share! 😊
Thanks!
