March 14, 2024 - Restaurant darling Foyer, loved by yours truly and the rest of food loving Amsterdam, was just a matter of trial run, as it turns out. The men behind the successful pop-up (which is not luck, just a matter of being good) opened a restaurant for the eggie and named it Choux.
