Hmmmmmm something ain’t right

Hear me out, i saw somewhere that bautista is 6’6 and I was like “wow he definitely didnt seem that tall” so i started looking at him standing near Chris Pratt (starlord) who is 6’2. I then noticed that in some pictures where they appear to be next to each other, Chris Pratt is taller than him. Its really confusing because 4 inches is significant, so either someone is wrong about their height or Crisp rat wears heels. Can someone explain this?

There are always people who think Hollywood actors are gnomes or something. Bullshit.

Consider the average height: 5ft 9.3. Yes, young people are a bit taller, but they're not the only population there is.

Now consider that actors slightly below that, or even AT that, like Tom Cruise (5ft 7.5) or Mel Gibson (5ft 9) will get called short, small, etc. That's because the norm is higher. In celebheights.com, the average male celebrity is 5ft 10.75, and specific movie casts are often past 5ft 11 and sometimes even past 6 foot. Remember 5ft 11 is around 70th percentile and 6ft is 85th percentile. People are making the exceptions (which are often not even that short) into the rule!

Look at how many tall actors there are, for example:
