What are your top chrome://flags/ to turn on?
Go back 4-5 years when ChromeOS was still in the middle of developing it's feature set and there would be some. Now though, I don't recommend any. More on reddit.com

What are the best performance chrome://flags that should be enabled by Chromebook users?
I recommend that you leave the flags alone. Flags are designed for use by the developers while they are testing and finalizing new features. They are not intended for routine use by consumers. They will disappear without notice. They can cause instability, crashes, and even boot problems that require a full Recovery. Of course, you won't believe me, so be prepared to lose ALL local data (ChromeOS and Linux) without warning, at any time. Store important files in Drive and make backups. You have been warned. Which Chrome flags should I mess around with?
Some privacy config only available if you build chromium by yourself. Check chromium source package on debian. Anyway don't use chrome on Ubuntu. It a fake deb with snap payload inside https://robbinespu.gitlab.io/posts/ubuntu-chromium-deb-are-actually-snap/ Alternatively use Firefox or brave browser as replacement. Both have improved a lot for few years and quite awesome now More on reddit.com

Setting chrome://flags using Google Apps Admin Console
Hi Bjorn, Thanks for the response. It would need to be through the Admin Console because the devices are all Chromebooks. We're about to deploy the LanSchool Student app, and it requires the getusermedia flag to be enabled. I was hoping not to have our teachers or students to set it themselves.
