I use Keep for a great many things including automated tasks.
Every morning I turn on my computer but I can’t start using the Google Keep page until like a dozen different notifications are cleared away. It’s just very annoying. I would just as soon have no notifications or reminders pop-up within my browser.

Personally, I use reddit sync on my Android phone combined with Pushbullet with both the chrome extension and Android app. It works smoothly.

If you have a Mac, there is a way!
Here's how the notifications list would look like:
All you have to do is:
1. In chrome, go to:
chrome://flags/
2. Look for:
Enable native notifications. Mac
3. Enable it, restart chrome, you are done. Enjoy!

Starting in Chrome 59, notifications sent via the Notifications API or the chrome.notifications extensions API will be shown directly by the macOS native notification system instead of Chrome's own system. [source]

On MacOSX you will have Chrome directory located in Library/Application Support. Open terminal application and run next commands:
cd ~/Library/Application\ Support/Google/Chrome/Default/Platform\ Notifications/
ls -la
On Gnu/Linux (at least on Linux Mint), similarly you can find the log file(s) in /home/user/.config/google-chrome/Profile 1/Platform Notifications/ – jdmayfield
Now you will see files like this:

You can see the most recent one is 000003.log, so check it by next command:
tail -n 100 000003.log
And you will see last 100 items from this log. Then you can open chrome settings and disable that website notification.
Note that if you have several profiles in chrome, your path can be different, like this (Profile1 instead of Default):
cd ~/Library/Application\ Support/Google/Chrome/Profile\ 1/Platform\ Notifications/

Through your description, we understand that you have encountered the Google Chrome notifications can not be displayed in the Windows 11 notification center, you can first check if you have turned on the Do Not Disturb mode in the menu bar, as shown in the pictures.
Or set "Priority of notifications in notification center" to "top" and try it.
If it's okay, it's likely that Google Chrome's notification alerts are being blocked.

Hi Nicholas, thank you for the prompt response and willingness to help. I have already tried those steps and still, even when I try to restart Chrome, uninstall, and reinstall also and still the same, **UPDATE** It seems like it is only from Gmail or Google products which I can hear the sound of the notification but I do not receive the banner, I al use other apps like Mail Zoho and those I do received notifications but nothing from Google products, al tried on the system settings to restart windows notification option, and I only been having the laptop for a week
