EDIT: I've posted in detail twice to ChromeOS support community. No answers, I've posted to this sub once before, and people told me to suck it up and factory reset with out much help on trouble shooting. I have ctr alt i sent direct feedback to the dev team as the community support requests one does - no response
I've turned MFA on and off, reset password, and looked for a way to run diagnostics on the device from guest browsing. I can access my google account accross all devices and my security and account diagnostics are spotless. My pixel book claims there is suspicous activity, cue MFA sign in loop (not my MFA setting, its google's proactive MFA), and every other device has no issue, and my account is fully accessible and clean.
I need background diagnostics to even begin to get a clue of whats going on, but I don't have the resources to do that from guest browsing. Thus I need someone with deeper understanding to help me simply get to the real troubleshooting part. This post is not about troubleshooting
I've done everything, I've searched everywhere on the chromeOS support community. I clearly need a support person who can get to, or help me get to into solid diagnostic data. NO ONE is responding to my pleas, and I'm wondering why I even bought a pixel book in the first place if this was a possible outcome.
This post isn't about troubleshooting, this post is about how do I get the help I need from the company/teams whos job it is to look into and fix these things. I'm about to start escalating this to consumer protections if I can't get to a support person. I'm just baffled at my situation likely being a quick fix exasperated by a non-existent customer support team/apparatus.
