I got a coolgel mattress by classic brands off of REMOVEDin February of 2021. While removing the cover today to wash it, I found the last layer to be disintegrating. It is full of fiberglass. I had to remove the mattress from my home but there is now fiberglass on everything in my home and I have to hire a professional to deep clean my house.

I bought one myself two months ago on recommendations from 2 friends who each have one too. I’m very pleased, and so are my friends. They’ve had theirs over a year now, both have partners, and all are larger people than me. I am 130 lbs and like the firmness/density. Definitely no motion transfer. I feel good about the purchase so far!

I ordered this 14" model from Walmart which is scheduled to be delivered next week https://www.walmart.com/ip/Modern-Sleep-14-Inch-Cool-Gel-Memory-Foam-Mattress-with-BONUS-2-Pillows-Queen/51471497 Modern sleep is rebranded CB sold through Walmart. I have tried multiple mattresses including the Molecule, Ghostbed in addition to a latex topper and none have worked for me. It comes with a 90 day trial with free pickup on returns so what do I have to lose.

DON'T buy either one, especially not Zinus! There is a huge lawsuit against Zinus for putting loose fiberglass under the thin mattress cover and causing extreme amounts of damage to the health of their consumers and in their homes. Avoid Zinus at all costs. However! IF you don't plan to follow the advice of the people in this group, PLEASE put your mattress in a full encasement (six-sided) so the fiberglass doesn't seep out.

Don't buy Zinus. I bought one last week and am returning it. The fiberglass poke through the cover.
